Enterprise units

The Bridge Centre comprises of 31 individual enterprise units, specifically aimed at small businesses in the creative and design industries.

The units range in size from 100 square foot to 820 square foot, and are ideal for many small businesses. All of the units are equipped with the latest telecommunications technology and high speed broadband access. Free parking is available on site, and there is a lift servicing each floor.

We know how difficult it is for new and expanding businesses, that’s why, here at The Bridge Centre, we have tried to make everything as easy and flexible as possible, as flexible as you need to be.

All of our units are let on a monthly basis, so no long term contracts for you to worry about. In addition, the monthly license fee includes a great deal of extras.

Office for a day

At The Bridge Centre you can hire a prestige office by the hour or a day fully equipped with furniture and access to a telephone socket. You can also call on support of valuable back up services like;

Meeting room to accommodate people in comfort
Audio/Visual Equipment, LCD projectors, LCD screens, overhead projectors, flip charts, etc.

Answering service / Voice mail
Fax and photocopying facilities

Because you must have often wished that you could have an office for the day, we offer just that opportunity — a new way of business.

When you are away from your own office or home base and its resources, even for a single day, you can now use an office when you want it, with an array of services that make it a complete business environment. You know that where business is concerned, you need to work in a properly equipped office. The cost for an office equipped with the necessary furniture is only £45 per day. Ideal for interviews, etc.

Office for a day is an ideal solution for professional people that need to conduct business whilst away from their office and have such facilities close by.

Broadband services

Broadband services are provided to each unit within the building, and the cost of this is included within the rental package. Specialist companies may use a disproportionate amount of the broadband bandwidth, necessitating an upgrade in service to the complex. In instances such as this the Trust reserves the right to levy an additional charge for the provision of this service. Please contact the Centre to discuss any special needs you may have.

Telephones and networks

The Bridge Centre is fully networked with individual VLAN (Virtual local area network) for each room which can be linked together for multiple room occupancy as required.The building provides a VOIP phone system and also has its own high speed microwave broadband access. The phones are provided by ISDN 30 service.

Nursery

We appreciate how difficult it is to start or maintain a business when you have small pre-school children, so at The Bridge Centre, we have provided an excellent nursery, operated by fully qualified and highly experienced staff. This allows you to work, safe in the knowledge that your children are safe and nearby.
